Today, from 10am to 3 pm, is the LA Gun Buyback Program. Anyone that wants to turn in a gun will receive a gift card to Ralphs or a VISA pre-paid card. Cards value up to $200 for assault weapons, and up to $100 for all handguns, rifles and shotguns.People can turn in their guns anonymously with no questions asked.
