2nd Annual Green Long Beach Festival

Original Post Found here.

The free event will include over two dozen local entertainers, organizations and government entities that make up the "green" community in Long Beach and surrounding areas. These groups are active participants in environmental stewardship and are excited to share their practices with the public.

Bring family and friends for entertainment, workshops, booths, artists and activities! The theme of this year’s festival is “turning the tide”, celebrating the transition into becoming a more eco-friendly and sustainable city.
The purpose of the festival is to create awareness of the many resources available to help us make this transition. This public event will also serve as a place of commerce, arts and entertainment, networking, and education.
Schedule of events.
